Unlike most larger cooperate builders, you will get to work one on one with the owner Josh Thomas and have direct communication from start to finish. With over 25 years of experience, Josh is passionate about designing and building homes that exceed his clients' expectations. With his attention to detail and commitment to flawless craftsmanship, Josh will ensure that every home he and his team build is unique, functional, and elegant.
our process
Our process begins with a consultation where Josh listens to your needs and preferences and discusses the size of your land you have to build on. From there we will discuss any house plans that you may already be interested in, or Josh can assist you in generating the perfect plans to suit your needs.
In most cases we will work together to design the home of your dreams. Then, Josh will work with a team of architects, engineers, and drafters to design the perfect home for you and your family. Once we have established the perfect house plans, we will then walk you through the build costs, stages of construction, and timelines of completion from start to finish.
Josh fully believes that communication is key during the building process in order to ensure that your vision is coming true, Our goal is to make the building process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for our clients.
